Major strikeStrikeAt sea 100 strikes, drawn schematically. Territory borders are a proposal (D03). The territories
From the Cascade to kickoff
The Cascade broke the old world. A hundred asteroid strikes fell across the globe, on every continent and in every ocean, and the nations and alliances that stood before them fell too.
From the aftermath, twenty-four factions rose and carved up the map between them. Each holds a territory, rebuilds its cities, old names and new, and flies its own banner. The borders never settle for long: every season ends with the map redrawn, the champion's borders pushed furthest and the losing records giving ground.
Through all of it, one game held the world together. Football is the planet's unifying sport, and the Global Frontier League is its summit: one team for every faction, twenty-four in all. No prize on Earth carries more prestige than its championship.

League
Twenty-four territories, one team each
Each territory waits for a GM to claim it, choose a real or fictional city and raise the faction's banner. Until then its team wears the league decal on an unpainted shell.
The season tracker
Until GFL franchises register and their rosters are set, the tracker follows the NFL: every team, every player on a roster, their stats, snaps, injuries and moves.
